Measured Surveys & Scale CAD Drawings
Building projects that involve home extensions and alterations will require a full measured survey of the existing property. We can then produce survey drawings using computer aided design software, which will include plans, elevations and a cross section. These drawings will provide a basis for the proposed design.
Conversion Of Hand Drawn To Digital Drawings
To make it easier for our clients to store their drawings, we can get your hand drawn drawings and get them to CAD so you can easily make changes anytime you wish to do so.
Production Of Working Drawings / Construction Drawings
We provide you with the construction documentation/drawings of your project, whether it’s a room addition or a new dwelling, a new Commercial building and Agricultural storage facility, or a new Housing development, we are the team for you.

- Liasing with Builders on behalf of client; Recommending reliable registered builders and assisting with tender adjudication.

- Compilation of specification for tender documentation
- Site meetings – attendance of site meetings to discuss queries about the plans, and provide architectural input.
- Additional detail drawings – Built in cupboards, staircase design, balustrade design, Fireplace design, Landscaping, etc.
- As built plans – changes are often necessary during the course of construction when more detail is available from the engineers, roof contractor and other parties appointed on the project.
